All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada only.
Note: We do ship to P.O. Boxes.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We use Shopify’s default shipping system, which selects the best carrier (typically USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• USA: 3–7 business days

• Canada: 7–14 business days (customs delays may apply)

📍 Local Pickup & Delivery (Orange County Only)

If you're in Orange County, California, you can choose:

• Local Pickup: Available at our Santa Ana studio (by appointment).

• Local Delivery: Free for select zip codes in Orange County — this option will appear at checkout if eligible.

We’ll reach out after your order to coordinate pickup or delivery.

Our candle products range between 15 oz and 22 oz, and we pack all items with care to ensure safe delivery.
